The ICE CIRCLE IS A SYMBOL OF PERFECTION and these circular discs have been viewed since ancient times. They are spinning discs occurring in slow-moving water(in colder climates, in rivers where the accelerating water creating a rotating force breaks off a chunk of ice and smooths it into a PERFECT CIRCLE.. this photo was taken by a friend in March 2011 at the banks of this point in the Exploit’s River.
